Jordan Reynolds has not led Guernsey to an opening day win for four years
Guernsey Raiders head coach Jordan Reynolds says his side are focusing on more difficult games to come after opening the new season with a victory
The Raiders ran in five tries as they won 29-23 at Colchester in National Three London.
Debutant Dan Hill and Tom Ceillam, Cameron Craine, Sam Whitehead, and Owen Thomas were the try scorers.
"To start well doesn't come from one win, it's got to come from multiple wins," Reynolds to BBC Radio Guernsey.
"We're pretty happy about the performance and considering how rusty we were we did play some really great rugby and we got into our structures well which was great to see.
"To get a bonus point up at Colchester, who are a decent side, was a great effort from our boys and they should be happy with themselves."
