Tomorrow? Oh yes, we'll spin again.

Great Britain's men's curlers are guaranteed at least a silver when they meet Canada in the gold medal match. Not only that, Elise Christie will attempt to put her bad luck behind her and win a medal in her favoured 1500m short track speed skating.

Maybe you'd better draft that sick note to the boss?

And that means President Obama owes Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper a crate of beer. I'd love to see him nipping to the offie.

"The build-up and it's there. The one-touch passing that led up to that is the reason Canada have won. You can see the exhale from Poulin and roar from the Canadian team-mates - it's a Rocky Mountain high for Canada."

Remember, Canada were 2-0 down and came back to win 3-2. As the puck hit the back of the net, the Canadian bench erupted, players scrambling over the wall to get on the ice. The Americans are absolutely devastated.

Goal! Golden goal! Golden goal for Canada! Sochi erupts as Marie-Philip Poulin scores the goal that gives Canada's women Olympic gold. It was Poulin's late strike that sent the match into overtime and, with a player advantage, Canada worked the space for her to win the match. Breathless, tense, exciting drama.

Every time the US attack, the building goes silent, with roars when Canada come forward. Canada clean break - they are through on goal. Can she do that? Hilary Knight trips Hayley Wickenheiser. If this was football, it would a penalty and a red card. There's no penalty shot, but, instead of another American being sent to the bin, Canada get a skater back. Madness.

That advantage lasted all of six seconds. America's Jocelyne Lamoureux is given two minutes for slashing. We're down to three-on-three.

Time-out called by the United States after a penalty is called against Canada's Catherine Ward for cross-checking. The US will have a four-on-three advantage for two minutes of this engrossing final.

It's almost like we've hit the fast-forward button. The action is end-to-end, the Russian crowd behind the Canadians. I find it hard to believe this final will last to penalties.

Canada are hanging on here. Goalkeeper Shannon Szabados is called on twice in the opening minute when it looked like the US were on the verge of gold.

Wondering how ice hockey overtime works? It's sudden death for 20 minutes in this final. If we still can't get a goal, we'll have a shoot-out.

"France just clicked at this Olympics. Coming into the Games, the Swiss team were looking strongest but they have had problems with injury; the French guys get on with each other and have confidence."
