    Nadal served for the match at 5-4 in the second set but Medvedev, after blowing the chance to go 5-1 up in the same set, just produced some outstanding hitting to force a tie-break and then take the decider.

    It feels like there is a change, a definite shift - Djokovic and Nadal losing on the same day in the semi-finals.
