    Wow! 

    We've come to the end of our coverage for the day.

    What a first day it has been. We've had a whole load of goals, laughs and remarkable moments with a host of teams already booking their place in the final.

    And... guess what!? We'll be back to do it all again tomorrow!

    It came down to a penalty shoot-out for Harraby Catholic  and Grimsby Vets after they drew 0-0 in their Male Vets final and, after sudden death, Harraby Catholics win 5-4 on penalties.

    Winners of the Walking Football in Wimbledon were Wokingham UB50 , comfortably beating  TRA Romford 5-0 in the final. They head to the finals in Birmingham unbeaten throughout the first round and semi finals stages.

    The final match between BWFC and Peles Pearls not only went to penalties...it went to sudden death!

    With hearts pounding, the final penalty takers took central stage.

    And it was BWFC who mananged to hold their nerve, and shoot their way to the finals!

    Norton and Stockton Ancients held their nerve to win the adult female category in Leeds.

    After the final against Dynamo Chicken Kiev finished 2-2, Norton won 2-1 on penalties, with Sam and Macey scoring.

    Fine work from Plymouth Argyle , celebrating success in the Walking Football category in Bristol after beating Droitwich Spa Vets 3-0 in the final.

    And, Plymouth  women's football team are also through to the FA People's Cup final after beating Pan United 2-1. They couldn't be happier!!

    Pan United celebrate their 7-1 victory against Laverstock and Ford Ladies taking them into the next knockout round at the FA People's Cup semi-final.

    Hall Road Rangers' goalkeeper is punished - feeling her momentum is about to take her out of the area after grabbing a rebound, she drops the ball and Norton and Stockton Ancients striker Sam seizes on it to put her side 2-0 ahead.

    Norton have already won two games despite an injury to their captain Vicki, who went over on her ankle.
