Wolves 2-1 Everton
Wolves
Wolves striker Raul Jimenez, speaking to Sky Sports: "It feels really good to be back on the scoresheet at home. We had a really good first half, we suffered more in the second half but sometimes this happens.
"A lot of us are the same players the last three seasons. We know each other and how we can play. We have a lot of confidence in each other, we know whoever is playing will do their best and those waiting will come onto the pitch will do the same or better.
"Everything is possible. We have to go match-by-match but keep going with this confidence. It doesn't matter who we face we just have to do our game."

Everton
Everton boss Rafael Benitez, speaking to BBC Sport: "When you lose games you have to be disappointed. We didn't do well in the first half but second half much better. It is something we have to change and hopefully better for the next game.
"We were too worried about making mistakes but in the second half we saw the character we have. It is something we have to learn for the future and don't waste half an hour.
"I think the second half we maybe deserved a couple of goals. Even in the first half playing bad we still had chances.
"With players out and we are maybe pushing players who are not really available like Delph back today. We are changing a lot of things I believe will be positive for the future.
"Delph showed the character and mentally we are looking for.
"I think we have all the players available we will be much better and will be doing similar things like we did in the second half.
"Tottenham are a very good team and with a new manager I am sure they will show commitment to show they are good players. It is the Premier League. I am quite confident we will do better."

Everton
Everton boss Rafael Benitez, speaking to Sky Sports: "It is a pity because we didn't play in the first half. We had a lot of character and chances in the second half, it was maybe a little too late. That was the reaction we were expecting but it was just a shame we didn't do it in the first half.
"They were growing in confidence. We have to see what we did in the second half for 90 minutes. Obviously we didn't do it and that is where we have to improve.
"We saw the character in the second half to react after a bad first half.
"I think we are close but missing the players that can make a difference."

Everton
Everton forward Andros Townsend, speaking to Sky Sports: "We couldn't get close to them [in the first half]. We corrected that in the second half but left ourselves with way too much to do.
"Maybe we could have done it on another day but on this day it was not to be. At the start of the season we were going behind and were coming back. The belief was there, the intent was there but we couldn't get the rub of the green, couldn't get the second goal we needed.
"When you are not winning football matches it is never nice but we have the confidence in the dressing room. Before this run we were on a great run. We are back at Goodison Park this weekend and the fans will be singing in numbers and hopefully we can give them a positive performance."
Wolves 2-1 Everton
Wolves
Wolves boss Bruno Lage, speaking to Sky Sports: "What we did in the first half we didn't deserve to suffer a little bit in the second half. We did very well in the first 45 minutes.
"They changed a little bit for the second half, they tried to play with more midfielders to control our inside game and we didn't adapt to that.
"We didn't press the way we should press but even then we created a lot of chances. Overall for the 90 minutes it was three deserved points for us.
"This is the Premier League, the teams are top teams, the coaches are top coaches. We cannot forget Rafa Benitez won the Champions League, we need to be as a team for the full game and when the other team change we need to continue and adapt.
"He [Raul Jimenez] is the first guy to press, this is the most important thing he does for us and the way he comes to link the game between the lines, very important for us.
"For now I don't care about the table. I want the points. I think the winter will be hard for us, we will have to work. To win the most points we need to win this kind of game."
Wolves 2-1 Everton
Wolves
Wolves boss Bruno Lage, speaking to BBC Sport: "It was very good, three points and especially what we did in the first half - the way we played and the goals we scored. Very good.
"These kind of things can happen. We prepared for the game very well, we had a long time to prepare. We saw the way we can find the right space and when they played 4-4-2 we found the right spaces.
"I don't care if we score goals in the first half or the second half I want the team to understand how the opponent is playing.
"He [Max Kilman]is a young lad, he works hard every day and he started the beginning of the season with a good performance.
"He [Raul Jimenez] is a good example of his personality. It is a good example of how good a striker he can be. He helps in the press, he goes after the ball and wins the ball and scores the goal."

Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves captain Conor Coady, speaking to BBC Sport: "I thought we were outstanding in the first half. We were aggressive from the first whistle. A fantastic night, something we can improve on but fantastic for everyone.
"An incredible atmosphere under the lights. We are improving, we are getting better and we just have to keep doing it.
"We give Max stick for not scoring enough but what a header, I couldn't be happier for him. He is a brilliant lad and works so hard.
"We are a close-knit team and whoever comes in knows their role and what they have to do.
"Amazing. I thought Raul was going to take it around the keeper but he dinks it in. A world-class player and a world class finish.
"You don't want to see it, he did fantastic at this club and when he goes to other clubs you want to see him do well but we focus on ourselves."

Toffee: Absolutely shocking first half did us there. Yes there was improvement in the second half; but rarely looked like scoring a second. Delph & Gordon made a big difference when they came on, as did the change in system.

Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves captain Conor Coady, speaking to Sky Sports: "I thought first half we were outstanding. We wanted to keep that going.
"We knew it would change after half time. We conceded and had to defend but we did it.
"Everton like to counter attack so we knew if we kept the ball we would nullify them a bit.
"We stuck to our task and it is a fantastic win under the lights.
"We know what Raul brings us, outstanding. He is a world class striker. Max works hard, a fantastic header. I am over the moon for them.
"We don't want to look too much [at the table]. We keep moving forward, we want to keep winning games."

This is now three defeats on the spin for Benitez. You can’t expect to turn up for 45 minutes and win a game at this level.
Everton have got key players out like Calvert-Lewin and Doucoure. They look short in midfield. They were better in the second half but they've got problems and the Benitez factor is a huge problem for them. A lot of fans didn't want him.
In the first half they came with very little intent. He's got real issues. Under Benitez they're not going to be on the front foot and this is going to grow and grow and grow.

Raul Jimenez took his goal so well, linked the play brilliantly and has been such a handful. He's been too much for the Everton centre-halves.
Wolves 2-1 Everton
Big applause for Raul Jimenez as he goes off. The striker's first goal at Molineux in 13 months could prove to be the matchwinner. Leander Dendoncker is on in Jimenez's place.
Everton, meanwhile, send on Salomón Rondón for Demarai Gray.
