    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

And that Drinkwater effort is pretty much the last action of a belting second half at Selhurst Park.

A point for each edges them both closer towards safety. Both managers may also rue missed chances to win it and all-but guarantee survival.

    A terrific game nonetheless.

  2. CLOSE!published at 90 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Brilliant work from Jamie Vardy as his cross is poorly cleared by Patrick van Aanholt, straight to the feet of Danny Drinkwater.

Here's your chance to win it, Danny! But, no, the substitute fizzes his effort just wide, agonisingly close.

  3. CLOSE!published at 90 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

The Foxes still want this - the excellent Marc Albrighton now getting free down the right to fire in a cross that is just about cleared by Martin Kelly ahead of the incoming Jamie Vardy.

Ugh, ugly from Albrighton at the resulting corner as his delivery drifts out of play. Pretty much the first thing the Leicester winger has done wrong all afternoon.

  4. Postpublished at 89 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Corner to Palace but nothing doing as Leicester clear.

  5. Postpublished at 87 mins

Palace finally deal with a Christian Fuchs throw, though, and clear their lines.

Edging towards a draw at Selhurst Park.

  6. Postpublished at 87 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

It's substitute Demarai Gray to take but Palace hold firm to repel - Christian Fuchs to deliver another trademark long throw...

  7. Postpublished at 86 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Jason Puncheon strides into the Leicester area, scrambling the visiting defence, who do well not to trip the tricky midfielder before Robert Huth stands tall to clear.

The Foxes go up the other end and win a corner...

  8. As it standspublished at 16:43 BST 15 April 2017

Crystal Palace are the biggest winners in the survival race as it stands. The three most important words in football.

The Eagles are the only side in the bottom seven earning a point. And they want more against Leicester...

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 84 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

James McArthur is on for Wilfried Zaha.

A sign Big Sam is happy to settle for the point?

  10. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 80 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

A third Palace appeal for handball in the area as Patrick van Aanholt gets in near the byeline on the left, squaring the ball for Robert Huth to slide in and just about prevent from going out for a corner.

Palace think it struck Huth's arm but looks like it rolled up the German's torso.

The hosts looking the more likely winners here.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 76 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Yohan Benalouane is off, with Ben Chilwell on as Leicester make their final change.

The deputy centre-back did well until he was over-powered by Christian Benteke for Palace's second.

Leicester were livid the goal stood and Mike Dean didn't give a foul on Benalouane. There was a bit of a nudge from Benteke but the Foxes defender didn't jump to contest the loose ball, somewhat harming his case.

  12. Postpublished at 75 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Now Andros Townsend showing great pace again, squaring the ball again - this time Leicester deal with the first cross but it falls to Luka Milivojevic, who sees his effort well blocked by two diving Foxes defenders.

Cracking last 15 minutes in store at Selhurst Park.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 74 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Demarai Gray on, Riyad Mahrez off.

  14. CLOSE!published at 74 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

Drama at both ends still though - yet another Christian Fuchs long throw that Palace make a hash of clearing, this time flicked on by Leonardo Ulloa.

It appears to hit a Palace arm but Ulloa doesn't stop, flashing a volley just wide of the net.

Three points up for grabs here.

  15. CLOSE!published at 72 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

The Foxes are on the ropes here as Palace attack with pace and verve once more, setting up that man Christian Benteke on the left, but his low effort is well saved by Kasper Schmeichel and Robert Huth just about gets to the rebound first to hack it clear.

  16. 'A great finish'published at 16:29 BST 15 April 2017

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester City

    Danny Mills
    Ex-England defender on Final Score

Christian Benteke is big, strong, powerful and shows desire. A great finish, as he powers forward and converts the chance.

  17. goal

Palace level from two downpublished at 70 mins

    Crystal Palace 2-2 Leicester

A terrific fightback from Palace is capped when Andros Townsend gets free down the right once more and floats in a brilliant ball for Christian Benteke to attack at the back post.

There's plenty to do for the Belgium striker as he climbs above Yohan Benalouane to head home.

It looked a little ungainly but so effective from Palace.

  19. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 68 mins

    Crystal Palace 1-2 Leicester

Another appeal for handball from Palace players and fans behind the goal but again not clear what part of a Leicester body it struck as Christian Benteke proved a nuisance.
