All over. Swansea have a first win over Chelsea since 1981, and Guus Hiddink's unbeaten run is over. 

Chelsea stay 10th, while Swansea climb to 13th and are practically safe.

Falcao knocks a header down, Ivanovic winds up for the volley, but Ashley Williams is there to nip in and intercept.

Bafetimbi Gomis escapes down the right but rather than take it into the corner, he opts to pass inside to Kyle Naughton and Chelsea steal the ball. Tactical error?

Five minutes added on. Francesco Guidolin is apoplectic, Chelsea have renewed hope.

Cesc Fabregas has a chance to play Baba in down the left, but he just overcooks his through ball. Chelsea are pressing, but time running out.

Jefferson Montero gets a standing ovation and rightly so. He's been brilliant today. Kyle Naughton takes his place as Swansea look to shut up shop.

Chelsea enjoying a period of sustained pressure here. But have they left it too late?

Radamel Falcao replaces Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Swansea should be home and hosed. Gylfi Sigurdsson does brilliantly to make incursion down the right, draw Asmir Begovic and lift a cross over him. Jefferson Montero is unmarked five yards out but the ball is just too high and he can only nod over. Should have scored though.

Alberto Paloschi is off, and Bafetimbi Gomis, who scored a penalty against Chelsea on the opening day of the season, replaces him.

"One gets the impression the Liberty Stadium crowd is getting slightly edgy as Chelsea begin to dominate possession.

"The visitors were comprehensively outplayed in the first half, but Swansea have sat back and allowed their opponents to keep the ball for long periods in the second period.

"Chelsea may have been feeble before the break but, as their fans grow in volume and the Swans faithful get a little quieter, there is a sense there could yet be a way back into this game for the reigning champions."

Naughty. Pedro flings himself over the outstretched leg of Federico Fernandez and the referee decides it's a dive. Spot on.

Now Swansea make a change. Andre Ayew has played well but he's the man to go, with Wayne Routledge replacing him.

Not much to write home about for Alexandre Pato on his first league start. He's hooked, and on comes Bertrand Traore.

Chelsea take a quick free kick, it's passed wide to Baba, he swings in a superb cross but only Pato was gambling and he can't get there. Chelsea are going to have to be a little bit more enterprising than that if they want to preserve their unbeaten record under Hiddink.

Chelsea are leaving themselves open here. This time Gylfi Sigurdsson has a great shooting chance, but Baba Rahman slides in with a brave block.

Good stop from Asmir Begovic. Jack Cork strikes a volley into the ground and it's bouncing into the top corner until the Bosnian flies to his right to claw it away.

And this time Chelsea spurn a big chance! Pedro delivers a low centre from the left and Pato is unmarked in the middle but his attempted back-flick just drifts wide off the far post. Did he really need to do that?

Oh, Alberto Paloschi! What an opportunity! Gylfi Sigurdsson's lovely backheel unlocks the Chelsea defence and the striker is clean in on Asmir Begovic, but his first touch is too heavy and the goalkeeper gathers. Not before he's got a boot in the chest from Paloschi though. Begovic grabs him by the scruff of the neck, veins bulging in anger. He always seems like such a nice, mild-mannered chap on Match of the Day...
