The 10-1 shot pulled away at the end and was the comfortable winner.

Victory for Irish trainer Henry De Bromhead, meaning Ireland maintain their hold on the Prestbury Cup for the eighth successive year.

De Bromhead was also the trainer of Envoi Allen, who passed away after running the Gold Cup.

This is set up to be a real Britain v Ireland tussle to decide the Prestbury Cup.

The favourite is Willie Mullins-trained Kel Histoire at 4-1, for Ireland.

Second favourite is Nicky Henderson-trained East India Express at 11-2, for Britain.
