"We didn't start too well. Once we got the goal, we grew. We ended up giving a goal away from a throw-in on the edge of their box and the game then turned on its head completely.
"That was a sucker-punch and then they got the third when we were chasing an equaliser. We had a good go but it wasn't meant to be."

"For the first 20 or 25 minutes we should have been out of sight, we had to been out of sight rather than should with the four or five chances that we had.
"People come back into the game a little bit and we gave them the opportunity to. We knew that if we kept out intensity we would carry on in the fashion that we started in the first half."
On facing Boreham Wood in the third round: "It's going to be another tough game. I know the manager and how they play, they're a good team, I've already watched them this season.
"We're going to concentrate on Wycombe now and wait for that to come."

"We knew it would be a tough challenge coming here, defending set-pieces and whatnot.
"We had done analysis on the previous fixture when they played Notts County and we saw how much of a real test it was for a league side and we knew it would be a similar test today and I'm just glad the boys dug deep.
"A few seasons ago, we had a good run so hopefully we can give back and give the fans something else to cheer for. They come out in their numbers today and they are really massive push for us so just really glad to have them down supporting."
On his first career hat-trick:
"First one, hopefully many more.
"I'm really chuffed, over the moon. Friends and family were here to witness it today so it was a massive pleasure."

Burton managed the game really well. In the first 15 minutes they could have been two or three up.
Brackley were lucky through poor finishing. Burton didn't make them pay but did get the early goal.
Brackley got the equaliser from the set-piece and had a bit more control. They huffed and puffed in the second half.
Burton made it 2-1 and from then after really managed the game and controlled possession.
Brackley couldn't really get out of their half and Shade got their third goal and his hat-trick.

Brackley put up a tough fight but Shade showed why the League One side are a class above with three superb finishes to put his team out of sight.
Can Burton make it all the way to round four? They have another non-league side to visit next time. Given how they've handled this one, they'll have their eyes on that prize money.

Burton are managing the game so well at the moment. They're just in control of possession in Brackley's half and they're just looking after the ball, making sure they're not giving it away.

It's a poor pass from Tyler Lyttle, it's a square pass, middle of the pitch, Shade's read it, he's anticipated it, got on the end of it and to be fair he's got a run in, 20 or 30 yards and then he's slotted it past Jon Maxted.
Brackley have got a lot to do now to get back into this game so we'll see their strength and courage.

With a number of Brackley defenders forward, Tyler Lyttle pumps a ball from deep but there's no angle on the pass and it is straight to the grateful Jake Beesley who responds by sending down the field into all the space that has been vacated.
It's straight into the path of Shade, who drives forward for a 1v1 with Brackley keeper Jonny Maxted.
Cool, calm and collected, the winger drills it low. Seeing it run past the keeper and rustling the net for the all-important second goal.

Shade scores hat-trick as Burton beat non-league Brackley
Tyrese Shade scored a hat-trick as League One side Burton Albion ended non-league Brackley Town's bid to make a debut appearance in the FA Cup third round with a hard-earned victory at St James Park.
The Brewers had won eight of their previous 10 ties against non-league teams, but manager Gary Bowyer will feel relief at seeing off stubborn National League opponents who overcame a shaky start to threaten a second shock of their campaign.
Saint Kitts and Nevis international Shade kept his cool in a testing tie for the favourites, scoring the opener and sealing victory with two composed second-half strikes after spirited Town equalised through Michael Nottingham with their only attempt on target.
Albion, who are 19th in the third tier and had lost their previous two matches without scoring, will attempt to reach the fourth round for the first time since the 2010-11 season when they visit National League promotion hopefuls Boreham Wood in the next round on the weekend of 10 January.

Burton looked on course to progress in straightforward fashion during the early stages, almost going ahead when Julian Larsson lifted a shot wide with the Brackley net unguarded.
After Shade struck from near the edge of the box, Brackley showed why they beat League Two visitors Notts County on penalties in the first round by pushing forward with increasing conviction.
Their goal arrived 12 minutes later when defender Nottingham - who has also been capped by the Sugar Boyz - hooked in after Kyle Morrison headed Alex Hartridge's corner back across goal.
In an occasionally combative contest, Jack Armer threatened to restore Burton's lead shortly after half-time with a thunderous drive from distance, demonstrating impressive technique to collect a partial clearance following a corner and fire in an effort that was pushed away by Jonny Maxted.
The home goalkeeper had to react quickly again when Kegs Chauke took aim with similar ferocity on a charge towards the box, tipping the Southampton academy product's piledriver over the crossbar as the EFL team increased the pressure.
Shade slotted in his second after Brackley gave possession away inside Burton's half, allowing Jake Beesley to play a perceptive first-time pass over the top and set the summer signing free to beat the advanced Maxted.
Kyran Lofthouse's close-range shot was brilliantly saved late on by Maxted, only for Shade to show his ruthlessness again with a low finish from Beesley's selfless pass.
Brackley Town head coach Gavin Cowan, speaking to BBC Radio Northampton: "The only thing we'll be aggrieved about is giving Burton those big moments rather than creating them ourselves.
"As a football club, we're very proud about the journey we've been on. We'd have loved to have got to the third round, but I'm happy to draw a line in the sand now and focus on the league.
"I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a distraction. We need to use that as a catapult to start getting wins in the league.
"The fans are incredible and back us, come what may. We're a club on the up and working really hard to get to that next level."

"We then went and gave away some stupid fouls, having spoken about Brackley wanting to put the ball in the box.
"The goals were terrific. I'm delighted for Tyrese - it's his first-ever professional career hat-trick. I loved all three."

Brackley Town have reached the FA Cup second round stage for just the fifth time in club history, though they’ve been defeated in each of those prior ties, including a 3-1 loss to Stockport County at this stage last season.
Burton Albion have progressed from eight of their last 10 FA Cup ties against non-league opposition, a run which includes a 6-0 win against St Albans City in the first round this season.
Brackley Town have alternated between losing (3) and drawing (3) each of their last six games in the FA Cup proper, winning on penalties after each of those draws including in the first round against Notts County.
Burton Albion have won just two of their last 13 away games in the FA Cup (D3 L8) and have scored more than once in just one of their last 14 on the road.
