George Miller scored a stoppage-time winner as Cheltenham came from 2-1 down with six minutes left to beat 10-man Salford 3-2 in League Two.
The Robins trailed after six minutes when Jorge Grant thumped home from Josh Austerfield's headed pass for the play-off-chasing Ammies.
Salford then had captain Luke Garbutt sent off early in the second half for a foul on Jake Bickerstaff in the box, with Isaac Hutchinson converting the resulting penalty in the 51st minute.
But former Southampton defender Zach Awe marked his full debut with a goal to put the away side back ahead in the 76th minute.
A piece of individual brilliance from young Wrexham loanee Harry Ashfield levelled the game in the 84th minute. The 19-year-old had just gone on from the bench when he burst into the penalty area and buried a shot inside the bottom left corner.
Cheltenham pushed forward in search of a winner and another substitute, Miller, fired in from Ashfield's pass in the sixth minute of added time to end a run of six league games without success for Steve Cotterill's side.
