  2. Manager of the month nomination 'a nice pat on the back'published at 15:28 GMT

West Ham v Brentford (Mon, 19:30 GMT)

    Brentford

Finally, Brentford head coach Keith Andrews commented on being nominated for Premier League manager of the month: "Listen, it is nice of course but it is just a testament to the work that has gone on and the level of the performances the boys have produced, especially away from home, during this period.

"I think the work that goes into it from everybody has got us to that point over a period of time, which we have worked tirelessly to get to.

"So it is nice to see it come to fruition in some big games - and, of course, it is a nice pat on the back for everybody that has played a huge part in it."

  3. Henry suffers 'hamstring injury', Nelson back in contentionpublished at 15:25 GMT

West Ham v Brentford (Mon, 19:30 GMT)

    Brentford

Brentford head coach Keith Andrews provided a full injury update ahead of the Bees' visit to West Ham on Monday night: "Rico [Henry] did his hamstring the other night. He was in a little bit of stress with that and had to come off obviously, so now he won't be available. He will probably be out for a decent amount of time, unfortunately.

"He worked really hard to get back to the point where his performances were at a really high level, so it's unfortunate for him. We feel for him but we will get him back as soon as it's safe to get him back.

"Reiss [Nelson] will hopefully be involved, I'm not entirely sure just yet. And Vitaly [Janelt] and Aaron [Hickey] are as they were really. They will be out for a number of weeks."

  5. 'I'm not sitting on my sofa biting my nails'published at 15:20 GMT

Leeds v Norwich (Sun, 16:30 GMT)

    Leeds United

Leeds boss Daniel Farke on his side's current battle against Premier League relegation: "I trust my players and I trust the group. I don't agree that results on other pitches are going against us. It's good fun to analyse other results, but I'm not sitting on my sofa biting my nails and hoping West Ham or Nottingham Forest lose.

"We need seven to nine points in order to stay in this league, that's a fact. For me, the crunch time is the last six games. We have three games where we could even win the points before [the end of the season] to ease the pressure on those last six games.

"If we don't do this then we don't deserve to play in the Premier League next season, but what we have shown so far gives me lots of confidence in this group.

"I stay calm, concentrated and focused. If we win seven to nine points, we will be safe in the end. I'm confident we have more than enough to get the points we need."

  6. 'Premier League survival always the priority'published at 15:17 GMT

Leeds v Norwich (Sun, 16:30 GMT)

    Leeds United

Leeds boss Daniel Farke on turning attention from a Premier League relegation battle to the FA Cup fifth round: "We have at least a chance to go into the quarter-finals, which has been a while for this club.

"Then if you win that, you're just one game away. We know it is the cup with the most tradition in Europe and it is very special.

"Of course, survival in the Premier League is always the priority. For a newly-promoted side, it has to be this way. But if you have the chance to progress you want to, so long as its without risking any players or doing anything stupid."

  7. Okafor out but Buonanotte 'has a chance'published at 15:15 GMT

Leeds v Norwich (Sun, 16:30 GMT)

    Leeds United

Leeds boss Daniel Farke gave a squad update going into the FA Cup fifth-round tie: "Noah Okaforis not in team training yet and he will not be available for this game, but all the others seem alright. If nothing happens over the next few days, I should have a full squad available, aside from Noah."

On whetherFacundo Buonanotte could feature: "Hard work is always the answer. What he has to do, especially after the Birmingham game, is get on with a little bit of criticism.

"He is a fantastic human being. I like his attitude, he has a smile on his face, and he is working hard. He will have the opportunity to shine and impress, and he has a chance to be involved this weekend."

  8. 'I think the red card shouldn't stand'published at 15:10 GMT

Leeds v Norwich (Sun, 16:30 GMT)

    Leeds United

Firstly, Leeds boss Daniel Farke was asked about receiving a one-match suspension following his red card after full-time in last weekend's defeat by Manchester City:

"I think the message I will take is that I will never jog on the pitch again because I was accused of entering the pitch and confronting the referee. I did my jogging and I won't again because I probably look a bit scary when I jog.

"I still think it wasn't the right decision to show me a red card because, even if I jogged, it isn't right to be given a red card anyway.

"There was not one bad word, no accusation or no bad language or whatever. I think the red card shouldn't stand, however I haven't appealed the one-match ban for one simple reason: because if I appeal and the panel comes together for two weeks, we speak again about this topic and then the decision is made.

"I don't think it makes sense to talk more about this topic and that's why I've simply accepted the ban."

Chelsea against Wrexham is an intriguing tie and it will definitely garner much attention. However, looking at it purely as a football match, Chelsea have to be strong favourites. That said, it will be a great test of where Wrexham are and whether they could compete in the Premier League or not.

  11. FA Cup tests 'all about togetherness'published at 15:01 GMT

Port Vale v Sunderland (Sun, 13:30 GMT)

    Sunderland

Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris on whether he has utilised Luke O'Nien's experience in the lower leagues: "It is all about togetherness and fighting values. If you don't bring those values to the pitch then you don't win games. This game won't be so different.

"We are talking about the basics. If you're not able to suffer and defend together to show that you want to win, you can't exist at that level, either in the Premier League or at this stage of the FA Cup.

"If you don't put these values on the pitch, you will have problems."

  12. 'Football is unpredictable'published at 14:57 GMT

Port Vale v Sunderland (Sun, 13:30 GMT)

    Sunderland

Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris was asked about how his team are preparing to play on Port Vale's pitch.

He replied: "We have to adapt because you can't play next to your box and it is especially hard to play short because the risk is high - but I don't want to highlight this part of the game too much.

"Football is unpredictable. You have to adapt and find creative solutions. We will have to be pragmatic."

  13. 'Port Vale will play with the X factor'published at 14:53 GMT

Port Vale v Sunderland (Sun, 13:30 GMT)

    Sunderland

Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris added that his team will take their cup tie against Port Vale seriously: "You need to earn it because it won't be easy.

"It's a specific context, especially with them playing against a Premier League team, so they [Port Vale] will play with this X factor. This energy can make surprises. It's always like that, so for us that context is really important.

"We want to play this game, and if we win we will see for the other ones."

  14. Sunderland have no fresh injury concernspublished at 14:49 GMT

Port Vale v Sunderland (Sun, 13:30 GMT)

    Sunderland

Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris said all of his players came through the Leeds United midweek game alright and confirmed he has no fresh injury concerns ahead of this weekend's FA Cup fixture.

He added that since the FA Cup is important to the club and fans, "the group will be small but we still want to go strong with the best XI possible".

  15. Postpublished at 14:46 GMT

Joao Pedro has made a real impact for Chelsea this season, scoring 14 goals and registering eight assists across his 29 Premier League appearances so far.

In 38 appearances across all competitions, he has scored 17 goals and contributed nine assists.

It's no wonder Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior can see "huge, huge potential" in the 24-year-old Brazilian.

  16. 'Joao Pedro has been magnificent'published at 14:43 GMT

Wrexham v Chelsea (Sat, 17:45 GMT)

    Chelsea

Finally, Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior spoke about Joao Pedro's goalscoring form: "I've had some great conversations with Joao since I came in. Like all of the players here, he is someone with huge, huge potential and he is showing that with recent performances.

"It isn't about what I've done, it's about what he has done. He has been magnificent and I don't just mean with the goals, it's his intensity and the understanding of the press. Tactically, what he gives us is magnificent.

"If you look at the teams I manage and coach, we try to create as best chances as possible for our nine, which is normally in the middle of the goal and six-yards out. It was really pleasing to see the goals that we scored against Aston Villa, I know they were tap-ins but he was in the right place at the right time.

"It is really exciting for us to have a player at his level performing the way he is at the moment."

  17. 'I'm not here to judge any other team'published at 14:39 GMT

Wrexham v Chelsea (Sat, 17:45 GMT)

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior commented on Arsenal's style of play after they received criticism for their performance against Brighton: "They are a very good team, that's why they are where they are. They are very well organised in every aspect of the game.

"I think the beautiful thing about football is that you can play any way you want to play, if you believe in it. They believe in what they do. Everybody has a different idea [of how to play], that's why you have different managers with different styles.

"I'm not here to judge. I don't judge any other team. I respect every team in the way they go about things, and you have to find ways to adapt and overcome that."

  18. Rosenior refuses to name 'number one goalkeeper'published at 14:36 GMT

Wrexham v Chelsea (Sat, 17:45 GMT)

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior was asked about the goalkeeper spot, after Filip Jorgensen came in from the start against Aston Villa in place of Robert Sanchez: "For me, genuinely, I look at the goalkeeper position maybe differently. I look at it on each game. I want there to be competition in every area of the pitch.

"I know traditionally when people pick a goalkeeper then they are the number one, but that's not the case [with me]. I will try to pick the best team possible for each game.

"Filip has been waiting and I thought he took his opportunity really well. He had a massive influence on the game and put in a really good performance, but Rob has put in great performances as well. I want there to be competition in every area of the pitch."

On how Robert Sanchez has reacted: "I have been really honest with him. He was really disappointed not to play the game, which I expect from every player. But the way he responded in training, in terms of supporting Filip, the warm-up and in the dressing room, was magnificent. There was no difference in him."

  19. 'Winning silverware is what you dream of as a manager'published at 14:33 GMT

Wrexham v Chelsea (Sat, 17:45 GMT)

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior on how important it is for him to win silverware as soon as possible with the club: "It is why I am here. It is what you dream of as a player, coach or manager.

"The FA Cup is an amazing competition with tradition and history, but what we have to do tomorrow is not think about the trophy or finals and concentrate on Wrexham.

"If I go back to the Charlton or Hull game, what pleased me most was the application of the players. I thought we were excellent, and we will have to be at the same level at least to win the game tomorrow.

"It is what you work for, but if you focus on the trophy at the end of the season you probably aren't going to win anything. It is all about the next game, it really is.

"The players are in a really good frame of mind. The Aston Villa performance and result has given us confidence, but we need to focus on this game and make sure we come through the other side."

  20. 'Wrexham is a great story'published at 14:30 GMT

Wrexham v Chelsea (Sat, 17:45 GMT)

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior on facing Championship side Wrexham: "When you see a club grow, develop and come through the leagues, it is a great story. They have done a great job. Phil [Parkinson] has done an incredible job.

"It is a club that is on the rise. There is a good energy and good vibe around them, and that is hard to play against that.

"For us, it's an opportunity to win a trophy. It's what football is about. It's what the FA Cup is about. We are the favourites but we need to go and play like that."
