A third change of the night from Keith Andrews as Sepp van den Berg is on for Kristoffer Ajer.

The first six minutes of extra time has seen absolutely nothing happen.

I think the problem is that once you have left the ground you can be easily moved under an inswinging cross. I think players know this and try their luck.

Summerville knows he can't handle Kayode physically or aerially and he isn't aware that he has got into that situation [at the back post]. So he eases him under it.

Kayode looked like he was going to meet the cross and head into the goal so it was the right decision.

Just before that equaliser, there was a fourth change for West Ham with Soungoutou Magassa on for Mohamadou Kante in a straight swap in the middle of the park.

Brentford were set to turn to 19-year-old forward Romelle Donovan, a man who has represented England at Under-20 level, but Keith Andrews changes his mind after the goal, with Donovan having to wait.

Thiago just stutters as he steps up to it, waiting to see if the goalkeeper goes, but he doesn't go anywhere. Areola holds his position and holds his nerve, and Thiago does just enough to steer it to his right hand side. The power takes it past him.
