Former Scotland midfielder Holt replaced David Elliot on Tuesday.

Erin Rennie set up Lia Tweedie to give Thistle a 17th-minute lead.

Partick's Olivia King was sent off near the end of regulation time, with the midfielder picking up a second booking.

The hosts' advantage held through around 11 minutes of added time until full-time as they climbed above the Dons. Scott Booth's side are second bottom, one point worse off than Thistle.
