Carlisle United have signed Barnet full-back Ryan Galvin for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half-year deal and extended the loan of midfielder Chris Conn-Clarke until the end of the season.
Galvin, 24, joined the Bees from Halifax Town last summer and made 13 appearances for the League Two side.
He signed a two-month loan deal with Rochdale in November and played five games for them, but he was recalled on Tuesday to allow him to make the permanent switch to the Cumbrians.
Conn-Clarke, also 24, joined on loan from Peterborough United in October and played in 10 games before picking up an injury last month.
But he will remain at Brunton Park for the rest of the campaign as they chase promotion.
Galvin could make his debut for Carlisle, who are two points clear at the top of the National League but have played twice more than second-placed Boreham Wood, against Solihull Moors on Saturday, 17 January.
