Mansfield Town have signed striker Victor Adeboyejo from League One rivals Bolton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old was into the final six months of his contract with the Trotters, who he joined for a reported £500,000, external from Burton Albion in January 2023.
He has not played a first-team game for 11 months, having undergone knee surgery last season on an injury suffered in February 2025, and moves to Mansfield on a deal that runs until the end of the season.
Adeboyejo, who started his professional career at Leyton Orient before going on to spend almost five years with Barnsley as well as playing for Bristol Rovers and Cambridge United, scored 17 goals in 99 appearances for Bolton.
Mansfield boss Nigel Clough said Adeboyejo would bring a "physical presence" to the Stags' attack.
The striker becomes the third signing Clough has made during the winter transfer window, following the loan additions of midfielder Jon Russell from Barnsley and teenage forward Oliver Irow from Tottenham Hotspur.
