MK Dons have signed Huddersfield Town midfielder Ben Wiles for an undisclosed fee.
Wiles scored 12 goals in 110 appearances for the Terriers having previously played under Dons boss Paul Warne at Rotherham United.
The 26-year-old is the club's first signing in the January transfer window and he joins a side who are fifth in League Two and two points away from the automatic promotion places.
"Obviously, people know that I've worked with the gaffer before, and when this opportunity came around, it was something I was really eager to get sorted," Wiles told the MK Dons website.
"He knows how to get a team ticking, and how to win. So that's a big factor as to why I wanted this move to happen."
Sporting director Liam Sweeting added: "Ben's attributes speak for themselves. He's able to drive with the ball into the attack and poses a goal threat. He knows the requirements from Paul and will suit us very well.
"From our first conversations, it was clear he wanted to be part of what we're building at Stadium MK. That, in addition to his experience of playing in successful teams, makes him a great fit."
Details of Wiles' contract at Stadium:MK have not been disclosed.
