Wrexham 1-2 Swansea City: Wrexham lifted the trophy at The Rock but Swansea will go into the Welsh Cup final against Cardiff in high spirits after beating the champions to end a four-game losing streak. Ellie Lake put the visitors in front in the sixth minute when her cross flew in from the right and Aimee Deacon made it 2-0 just before the break. Katie Barker cut the gap with a finish from a tight angle in the 62nd minute and was then swiftly denied by goalkeeper Amelia Forkings in a one-on-one. The Wrexham goalscorer saw a close-range effort deflected wide in the closing stages as Swansea avenged a 7-1 defeat by Wrexham at the end of March.
Cardiff City 1-1 The New Saints: Second-placed Cardiff had to settle for a share of the spoils in manager Iain Darbyshire's last league game in charge. Madison Lloyd put the Bluebirds in front in the first half but Chantelle Teare equalised in the 71st minute. Darbyshire will hope to win a ninth domestic trophy when Cardiff take on Swansea in the Welsh Cup final at Rodney Parade in Newport on Sunday, 19 April (17:00 BST).
