England midfielder Jude Bellingham was substituted with what appeared to be a hamstring injury early in Real Madrid's La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano.

He was chasing down a loose ball at the Bernabeu when he pulled up.

The 22-year-old was comforted by team-mates as he sat on the pitch.

It is not clear how serious the injury is, but Bellingham walked off unaided when he was replaced by Brahim Diaz.

England play friendlies against Uruguay on 27 March and Japan on 31 March, before beginning their World Cup campaign against Croatia on 17 June.
