Grimsby 'disappointed' over alleged sexist abuse

Grimsby Town have said they are "extremely disappointed" about alleged sexist abuse aimed at the match official in Saturday's draw with MK Dons.
The League Two game, which finished 2-2, was refereed by Kirsty Dowle.
"We are extremely disappointed to receive these reports and want to make it clear that the club operates a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination in all its forms," the Mariners said in a statement on the club website, external.
"Such behaviour is unacceptable, contrary to the values of both the club and the game, and will not be tolerated."
