The Scottish Cup semi-final between rivals Dunfermline and Falkirk will be shown live on the BBC.

The first of this year's semi-finals will be televised on BBC One Scotland on Saturday 18 April (12:30 BST).

Neil Lennon's Dunfermline, the only Championship side left in the competition, will be taking on John McGlynn's high-flying Falkirk side, who have impressed on their return the top flight and now eye Scottish Cup glory.

The other semi-final, which pits last season's beaten finalists Celtic against League Cup holders St Mirren, takes place on Sunday 19 April at 14:00 BST and will be broadcast by Premier Sports.

The BBC will also televise both of the Women's Scottish Cup semi-finals in May.

Celtic face Glasgow City on Saturday 2 May (12:30 BST) on BBC Alba, before Rangers and Montrose meet on Sunday 3 May (13:30 BST) on the BBC Scotland channel.
