Sheffield Wednesday head coach Henrik Pedersen has tipped the club's goalkeeper Pierce Charles for a "big, big future".
Northern Ireland international Charles is enjoying a breakout season at Hillsborough and pulled off a string of impressive saves as he helped his side to a 1-1 draw against Leicester City on Easter Monday.
Pedersen told BBC Radio Sheffield: "He [Pierce Charles] is a fantastic goalkeeper. Normally we speak about Pierce being top with his feet, today how also showed how mentally strong he is and how strong he is defensively. Top performance from him.
"I think there's nobody that has doubt for his potential. He has a big, big future, that's why we are really, really proud and really happy that he's a part of Sheffield Wednesday. We will do everything we can to keep him for the future."
Discussing his side's performance, Pedersen added: "There were many things we could have done better today, one of them was to keep the ball better. I know we played against a team that's at the bottom of the league but if you take every single player they are a fantastic team."
