Rachel Rowe scored twice right at the end as Reading completed a dramatic comeback to stun bottom club Leicester in the Women's Super League.

Leicester went ahead when Natasha Flint produced a terrific finish from outside the box in the first half.

The Foxes led until the 90th minute when Rowe's corner found the net - and the Wales forward then struck a 92nd-minute winner from distance.

Reading climb two places to ninth with their first WSL win 6 February.

Can comeback kick-start Reading?

Reading's players celebrated on the pitch in front of their fans after a dramatic win that had looked unlikely for large parts of the game.

The significance of the victory will not be lost on long-serving boss Kelly Chambers.

Chambers will hope this result will help kick-start her team's season, following defeats against Manchester United, Brighton, Arsenal and West Ham.

They face another tough examination at home to Manchester City next on 6 November (14:00 GMT) but at least they will prepare for that game with renewed confidence.

Prior to this game, Reading had taken just three points from a possible 42 - but will be looking up after a much-needed win.

Sickening defeat for Leicester

Where does Leicester's season go from here?

After an astonishing finish, they end the day as they started it - bottom of the table and without a point.

It does not get any easier for Lydia Bedford's team.

Three points from safety - albeit just six games into the season - Leicester have to somehow bounce back from this setback and prepare for the visit of title-chasing Arsenal on 6 November (14:00 GMT).
