Louis Dennis becomes Leyton Orient's fourth signing of the summer transfer window

League Two side Leyton Orient have signed forward Louis Dennis from Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee.

The 26-year-old scored one goal in eight appearances for Pompey last season, having joined Kenny Jackett's side from Bromley last summer.

"It's taken us a massive chunk of the summer to finally get here," interim head coach Ross Embleton said.

"Louis has been a player we've admired since we came up against him in our first season in the National League."

The O's have not disclosed the length of Dennis' contract at the Breyer Group Stadium.

Meanwhile, Dean Brill has signed a one-year extension to his deal with Orient.

The 33-year-old, who was an ever-present in side which won the National League title last season, will now remain at the east London club until the summer of 2021.
