Solihull Moors missed out on the opportunity to go top of the National League as they fell to defeat at Halifax.
Halifax opened the scoring within the first 14 minutes when Manny Duku beat the offside trap and finished high above goalkeeper Ryan Boot.
Lee Vaughan was sent off for Moors just before the break, seeing red for a high challenge on Matty Kosylo.
Devante Rodney made the numerical advantage count late on, latching on to a long ball and placing his shot through the legs of Boot.
The victory sees Solihull remain tied on points with league leaders Leyton Orient, who have two games in hand.
