Forest Green Rovers A-A Mansfield Town

Forest Green Rovers' League Two game against Mansfield Town was abandoned at half-time after heavy rain left the pitch waterlogged.

Torrential conditions throughout the first half in Gloucestershire left referee James Linington with little choice but to call the match off at The New Lawn.

Linington had earlier called both captains together to discuss safety concerns, but play continued.

There are weather warnings for rain and snow in place across the country.

Both clubs will reveal a new date for the rescheduled fixture in due course.
