Chesterfield's long wait for a win continues but Jonathan Smith's 89th-minute strike at least earned them a late point in a 1-1 draw at Sutton.
The Spireites have not tasted victory since August 11 - a run of 15 matches - but they now have five successive National League draws thanks to Smith's late intervention.
Smith drilled a low shot just inside the post from 20 yards to deny their hosts right at the end.
Sutton had led through Jonah Ayunga's 37th-minute strike which wrong-footed goalkeeper Callum Burton.
