Solihull Moors 2-0 Dagenham & Redbridge

  • Published

Goals from Danny Wright and Jermaine Hylton made it a third win in a row for Solihull with victory at home to Dagenham.

There was little between the two sides early on, and it was a defensive mistake that opened the door for the hosts.

An underhit back pass was intercepted by Wright, who got there ahead of Elliot Justham and made no mistake to put Solihull ahead in the 20th minute.

There was again little in the way of goalmouth action but it remained a keenly-contested encounter until the closing moments.

Wight headed over from close range before Hylton raced clear and beat Justham again to the ball before tapping into an empty net to round off the win in the last minute of regular time.
