Wrexham moved to the top of the National League with a win over Guiseley.
The visitors took the lead after 16 minutes when Chris Holroyd fired them ahead with his 13th goal of the season.
And Wrexham thought they had made the game safe when James Jennings fired the ball across the face of goal and Holroyd got a touch, but Luke Coddington made a splendid save.
However, Shaun Pearson nodded home from a corner to secure the win.
Wrexham manager Dean Keates told BBC Wales: "It was about being professional and that is what we were.
"The first 20 minutes we were outstanding and we kept going.
"I can't speak about what will happen for the rest of the season.
"You have to come to places like this and grind it out and we were outstanding today."
