Sutton climbed to the National League summit thanks to their 2-0 win over Eastleigh at Gander Green Lane.

Tom Bolarinwa gave Sutton the lead in the 13th minute after the Eastleigh defence switched off and the forward slotted the ball under goalkeeper Graham Stack.

Kieron Cadogan had a good effort well-saved on the half-hour mark and saw another effort denied a few minutes later with Kenny Davis also blocked on the follow-up.

Tommy Wright then wrapped up the win for the hosts in the 82nd minute when he latched on to a flick by Ross Lafayette and lobbed the keeper.
