Wigan Athletic P-P Sheffield United

Wigan's match against Sheffield United has been called off because of a waterlogged pitch at the DW Stadium.

A pitch inspection took place at 10:00 GMT on 26 December, with areas around the stadium also flooded.

Several other north-west clubs have also had to cancel fixtures following heavy rain, while the Met Office has issued a weather warning, external for parts of western Lancashire.
