Sheffield United made it three successive wins in League One with victory over struggling Blackpool.

After a goalless first half, Blades striker Conor Sammon fired wide from five yards.

Billy Sharp met Jay McEveley's low corner with a right-footed drive for the opener and Marc McNulty doubled the lead with a long range effort.

Substitute Martyn Woolford could have added another but Blackpool keeper Kyle Letheren parried well late on.
