Wrexham extended their unbeaten run to 10 games and remain third in the Blue Square Bet Premier after being held at Nuneaton.
The visitors found it hard to break down a resolute Nuneaton with defender Martin Riley heading wide.
Wrexham goalkeeper Joslain Mayebi denied Wesley York while at the other end Chris Westwood headed over the bar
Player-manager Andy Morrell came close for the visitors in stoppage time but Wrexham had to settle for a point.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Wrexham player-manager Andy Morrell told BBC Radio Wales:
"That is two (points) dropped because we didn't start the game as brightly as I hoped and we seemed to jog about a bit rather than our usual up and at 'em tempo.
"We were waiting for something to happen and normally it is a goal against us which gets us going, but we are pleased with a clean sheet away from home again.
"We want to win games, but we have a point, are still unbeaten and those are the positives but I still believe we possibly should have won."
