Simply amazing by The Nuke. You just can't write this kid off, even at 5 0 down.

  4. Week eight schedulepublished at 22:26 GMT 19 March

Next Thursday marks the halfway point of the Premier League season as we rock up in Berlin.

That means the schedule was unknown until just now with the league table deciding the quarter-finals.

The leader, Jonny Clayton, faces bottom, Josh Rock, and second plays seventh and so on.

That leaves us with these quarter-finals:

    • Jonny Clayton v Josh Rock
    • Luke Humphries v Michael van Gerwen
    • Luke Littler v Stephen Bunting
    • Gerwyn Price v Gian van Veen
  5. 'We'll go chasing Jonny Clayton now'published at 22:21 GMT 19 March

    Result: Littler 6-5 Price

More from Luke Littler talking to Sky Sports: "I played very well against Stephen [Bunting in the quarter-finals] and got the two points.

"Michael [Van Gerwen], same as me, was waiting about but once we got in the bull room he was like 'ah well, we got two points' so I said 'thank you for your two points' because he pulled out when I should have played him in week three. It was another brilliant game with Michael and then the final. I've got nothing to say.

"We don't really talk about the play-offs. We just go along and always have a laugh with each other. The table was really close before tonight. I am closing that gap on Jonny [Clayton]. Most of the time we have a laugh.

"I've finished top in the past two years and obviously i want to do it again. With the start that Jonny had and the start I had, it's good to see that I'm now right behind him. We'll go chasing."

  6. 'I was gone'published at 22:19 GMT 19 March

    Result: Littler 6-5 Price

Luke Littler talking to Sky Sports: "I have no idea how I've done that. I got the first leg and had a bit of fun. I got my 180 and Gez set up double tops so I waved them goodbye and the rest is history.

"It was very strange. I was gone. The first leg was a bit of fun, got my 180 and then waved them goodbye because when Gerwyn Price is on double tops he doesn't usually miss.

"I was so gone. I might as well as have been off stage, but this is darts, things happen.

"I was gone. Darts is a silly old game."

How on earth has Littler just won that match!? Incredible!

    James

To quote Mr Mardle himself - I CAN’T SPEAK! What a recovery from Littler!!

    Paul

Feel obliged to clarify that Mardle was quoting Mick Morgan's Rugby League commentary. The "I can't spake" line is an iconic bit from the '90s.

Somehow, Luke Littler has reduced Gerwyn Price's lead to one leg. Price missed yet another match dart in that leg.

This has been sloppy from Price since going 5-0 up.

Gerwyn Price leaves 80 as Luke Littler is still not down to a finish.

Price can't finish it on the next visit and Littler then applies pressure with a 180 after Price sets up tops.

Luke Littler has had way more trebleless visits than Gerwyn Price here and that is the difference.

Let's get it right, Gerwyn Price hasn't been that good in this game.
