Alex Hales & Riki Wessels set up Nottinghamshire win

Alex Hales and Riki Wessels both hit half-centuries to set up a comfortable 53-run FL t20 win for Nottinghamshire against Lancashire at Trent Bridge.

Hales (60) and Wessels (76) shared an opening stand of 85 to lay the platform for Notts to post 184-4.

Only Steven Croft (55) then offered any resistance as Lancashire stumbled to 131 all out to fall well short.

Notts' win, coupled with defeat for Leicestershire, takes them four points clear at the top of the North Group.
