Mike Phelan disappointed with Manchester United display

Assistant manager Mike Phelan says Manchester United are "disappointed" with their performance in the 1-0 defeat by Arsenal and admits the Gunners should have had a penalty when defender Nemanja Vidic handled the ball in the area.
