The road to Super Bowl 60

This weekend marks the start of the 2026 NFL play-offs, as 14 teams battle it out to reach next month's Super Bowl.

First up it is Wildcard Weekend as six teams will go home and six more move one step closer to the title decider at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, home of the San Francisco 49ers, on 8 February.

Here's the complete road to the Super Bowl, with the number one seeds in both the NFC and AFC conferences - the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks sitting this week out. They will face the lowest remaining seeds in next week's Divisional Round.
