Harlequins pair Mike Brown and George Lowe have signed new deals until the end of the 2013/14 season.
England Saxons full-back Brown has made more than 150 appearances for the Londoners, scoring 50 tries since his debut six seasons ago.
The 26-year-old was named in the Premiership's Dream XV last term.
Centre Lowe, 21, was nominated for the Premiership discovery of the season award last term after forging a dynamic partnership with Jordan Turner-Hall.
