David Meyler has scored three goals in 18 appearances for Hull City this season
Hull City midfielder David Meyler has been ruled out for up to eight weeks with a grade two tear of the medial ligament in his right knee.
The 26-year-old suffered the injury in training before Republic of Ireland's Euro 2016 play-off against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Meyler has made 18 appearances for the Tigers this season, scoring three goals.
Steve Bruce's side are currently top of the Championship.
