Burnley defender Michael Duff has had the red card he received during Saturday's 1-0 defeat by West Ham United rescinded by the Football Association.
Duff was sent off on 23 minutes at Upton Park for a professional foul on Cheikhou Kouyate, conceding a penalty.
On Wednesday the FA's disciplinary committee, external upheld the 37-year-old's appeal against the dismissal.
He will now be available for Saturday's crucial match with Hull City.
West Ham's Mark Noble scored the penalty following Duff's dismissal for tripping Kouyate.
Referee Jonathan Moss showed a straight red to Duff as he thought West Ham had been denied a clear goal-scoring opportunity.
Burnley, who are bottom of the Premier League and eight points from safety, will be relegated if they fail to beat Hull at the KC Stadium.
