Exquisite ! From starters through to puddings,the food was imaginative, well presented and totally yummy. Have dined there twice, on both occasions with 5 in our party. Food included carpaccio of tuna with parmesan, salmon with crab in Thermidor sauce and some fantastic chicken a steak dishes, all served with tasty side dishes of pepperoncino, french beans and roasted aubergines. Save room for dessert - the limoncello cheesecake creation is to die for ! What did you drink?
We drank both white and rose wine, which was approx £16 per bottle. There was cheaper and also more expensive options. What's the crowd like?
Both visits we dined on a weekday -the clientele was a mixed bunch, but all well turned out. We've been advised not to go on weekends as it tends to attract the Footballers Wives sort(though might be fun to watch !) And the vibe?
Fairly elegant. Nice, faint background music. Minimalistic decor with a few wild paintings scattered around. Service is polite and not at all pushy. Anything else you'd like to say?
Choice of fish changes daily, depending on availability (good sign that everythings fresh!)and the main menu changes every month. Value for money?
Marco's is aimed at the higher end of the market - not the cheapest eaterie in sheffield for sure, but it it is the best meal that I've had and you get what you pay for. A fantastic dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic. I took my wife there to celebrate her birthday and it was superb. Friendly, helpful staff, there was no rush and and excellent setting. All that is before the food arrives! five stars for me.
