Who is the Greedy Cow?
The true identity of the Greedy Cow is a closely-guarded secret. Neither you nor the restaurant owners know who she is. This means that she can tell you what the average treatment of the average punter is. The Greedy Cow bets that Michael Winner gets far better service in restaurants than other customers. But the Greedy Cow goes in disguise... for the true experience. How do the reviews work?

The Bull's Breakfasts Reviews are arranged by food type - e.g. curries, Italian, Chinese and Thai, posh nosh, sandwiches. She has also provided you with alphabetical listings. So you should be armed with all the information you need to find the perfect joint to tickle your tastebuds! What does she look like?
Heh heh, that would be telling! But here's a clue - she doesn't look that much like her cartoon pictures. How qualified is she?
The Greedy Cow has many years' experience of eating out. She loves food of all sorts. But she won't stand for sloppy service, shabby cooking or second-rate freezer meals. And she's not scared to make a fuss, either. She'll happily try anything new, but be warned - she's opinionated. While not afraid to give praise where due, she won't hold back from giving a hefty bovine kick to places that don't come up to scratch. She can also cook pretty darn well, which makes her pretty intolerant of incompetents who do it for a living. And makes her bow down with respect to masters of the craft. Who pays for the food?
Greedy Cow pays for all meals out of her own pocket. There are no freebies here. Remember, this is about good food, not advertisement promotions. And no, the BBC never picks up the tab. Greedy Cow's boss had a laughing fit when she suggested that one. Why are her photos so bad?
She takes the photos either just after her visit, or when she writes her review. She doesn't want to whip out a camera in the middle of a restaurant. It might make her look like a tourist. Why doesn't she review more vegetarian food?
Greedy Cow, despite her biological form, is not a vegetarian. She loves vegetables, but doesn't tend to choose vegetarian dishes in restaurants. She'd love to hear your views on local vegetarian food, though. I'd like her to review my restaurant. Will she come?
