The Sheffield Children's festival is taking place between 19 June and 24 July 2004.
There are many events taking place during the festival - from showings of children's films at the Showroom cinema to carnivals and street art, sport and stage events. For more information on the festival click here.
The 'Wrong Trousers Day' is organised by the Wallace & Gromit Children's Foundation to raise money for children's hospitals and hospices, including Sheffield Children's Hospital.
People are being encouraged to wear the 'wrong' trousers on 2 July 2004 and donate £1 for the right to be 'wrong' for the day!
People will throw aside their regular trousers and go to work in Bermuda Shorts, pyjamas, jodhpurs, bloomers, hotpants and other unsuitable bottom halves!
We have five goodie bags to give away, each containing a Wallace & Gromit video, T-shirt, a hardback book and a Wallace & Gromit salt and pepper set. This competition is now closed Question: What is the theme for this year's Children's Festival? (See the Children's Festival section).
