We meet Manette, the 102-year-old who has become Britain's oldest skydiver. She wanted to do the jump to raise money for three charities, but also to prove you are never too old to go out of your comfort zone. Also, as the Paralympics get underway, we hear the stories of inspiring athletes including USA swimmer, Ali Truwit, who was attacked by a shark.
