The US Federal Reserve has left interest rates unchanged at a 22 year high in a bid to stabilise price rises which has reached record levels. Shares in the world's biggest offshore wind developer Orsted has fallen all because they abandoned a project to build two huge wind farms off the east coast of the United States.
