US budget: Biden proposes to increase tax for wealthy earners and corporations

US President Joe Biden delivered a $7.3 trillion election-year budget to the Congress. It contain proposal to raise taxes on wealthy earners and corporations and bring back a child tax credit for low and middle-income earners. The money will also help to fund childcare programs, funnel $258 billion to building homes, provide 12 weeks of paid family leave for workers, and help fund law enforcement.
