Ecuador votes in its youngest ever president

35 year-old Daniel Noboa faces a rising tide of crime and violence and an economic crisis that has made many Ecuadorians leave their country. Ecuadorean bonds rallied on the vote result as Mr Noboa's business background provided a boost for investors that had seen the country's dollar debt fall sharply this year.
