US midterms: Is the economy the biggest factor in the electorate's mind?

The midterm elections decide the makeup of the US Congress, which has two parts: the House of Representatives and the Senate. Voting is held every two years and when they fall in the middle of the president's four-year term of office. We hear from Kenneth Mayor, Professor Department of political science at the University of Wisconsin and Anna Wong, US Chief Economist at Bloomberg Economics, Former member of the Federal Reserve Board, White House Council of Economics Advisers, and U.S. Treasury. Belarus has banned the imports of Skoda, Liqui Moly and Beiersdorf products. Belarusian economist Jaroslav Romanchuk explains the economic impact. India's Supreme Court has upheld a controversial law that allows 10% of college places and government jobs to be reserved for poor people. Indian lawyer Nikita Sonavane tells us more.
