The CIA director has met Venezuela's Interim President Delcy Rodríguez - in a meeting was aimed at building trust and communication following the US seizure of Venezuela's former president Nicolás Maduro almost two weeks ago. The meeting happened on the same day that President Trump met opposition leader Maria Corina Machado in Washington, who presented the US president with her Nobel Peace Prize winning medal.
