Protests in Iran are spreading

The sliding value of Iran's currency has fuelled a third day of demonstrations in the capital, Tehran. Shopkeepers and market stall holders protesting against rocketing food prices have been joined by university students demanding political change. There have also been protests in Isfahan, Kermanshah and Mashhad. We hear from Iranians and speak to our regional expert. President Volodymyr Zelensky has denied allegations by Russia that Ukraine launched a drone attack on one of President Vladimir Putin's residences, and accused Moscow of trying to derail peace talks.
