A new TikTok trend has seen people suggesting that if you eat seven baby carrots before bed it will improve your sleep. This is just one of the latest trends that people claim help them sleep. In recent months we've also seen the idea of "dark showering" which is basically showering in the dark before bed. So what works and what doesn't? We speak to two sleep specialists, who also answer audience questions about how to get a good night's rest. We have the latest on a Russian general killed in a car bombing.
